If you are a recipient (alone or with your family) of food stamps, and are residents of the state of Indiana, January 2024 marks another month on the calendar of the distribution of SNAP benefits of the US Department of Agriculture.
SNAP benefits in Indiana are administered by the Indiana Department of Health (IDHS). IDHS is responsible for processing benefit applications, determining eligibility, and issuing benefits, although it is a federal program with a USDA budget.
